The UR58300 Polyurethane Elastomer Resin is a two-component casting system that you can use for product and tool manufacturing.

It’s a very flexible polyurethane rubber with 30 Shore A hardness. It is characterised by high elongation at break, comparable to silicone rubber with similar hardness.

That's why it may be great to make moulds with undercuts.

The UR 58300 polyurethane elastomer resin is extremely tough and durable. It is mostly used for casting ceramics, concrete and silicone.

Moulding for polyurethane is also possible by using a suitable release agent.

Flexible, wear-proof spare parts are made successfully from this material. It can be combined with other polyurethane materials prototyping complex elements.

Does not contain solvent and mercury.

It is characterised by excellent chemical stability.
