This is a 4 mm deep imprint made from relatively hard (medium hard) silicone.

Therefore, not only soft materials like food, sugar lace, etc. can be moulded into them, but also high-viscosity plastic materials, fondants or even plasticine can be pressed into the mould which returns the form with the details.
