F190 Polyurethane Resin, 100g

F190 polyurethane is a two-component resin that is a well-known Axson product.


Due to its favourable price, it is widely used for the manufacturing of products and tools.
Anyone (hobbyist or professional) interested in casting and making the first steps should start and be familiar with this material.



The main features of the F 190 polyurethane resin are:

• 100:100% mix ratio by weight
• The colour of the cured piece is ivory-white
• Pot time (for unfilled resin) is approx. Eight min.
• Mould disassemble 90 min.
• Adding 360 g aluminium trihydrate to 100 + 100 g resin increases the pot life to 12 minutes.
• 100 mm thick pieces can be poured without using filler, increasing by 50 mm using the aluminium trihydrate additive.

This is highly recommended because

• Increases the hardness
